Warranty
Action Truck Parts hereby expressly disclaims all warranties either expressed or implied, including and implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, and Action Truck Parts neither acknowledges nor authorizes any other person to assume for it any liability in connection with the sale of any vehicle, product or service.
The factory warranty, if any, constitutes the entire warranty with the respect to the item(s) involved in this transaction. Warranty claims by customers will be submitted to the manufacturer on behalf of the customer by the Warranty and Core Administrator upon receipt of the part and the completion of Action’s warranty form. The manufacturer has the sole discretion to determine whether to grant customer’s warranty claim based on their analysis of the returned part and the information submitted by the customer. The manufacturer may decide to grant the warranty claim because it falls within the scope of their warranty policy. The manufacturer may also choose to deny warranty because they judge the reason for the failure of the part to be due to external forces. If the manufacturer accepts the customer’s warranty claim, the Warranty and Core Administrator will issue credit to the customer. Action Truck Parts is under no obligation to issue credit for warranty claims which are rejected by the manufacturer.
Cores & Returns
Credit will not be issued on returned goods or cores over 60 days. Cores subject to inspection and approval. All returned parts must be in the original, clean and undamaged container. Special order returns subject to restocking fee. No returns on custom battery cables/hoses. No returns on opened electrical items. No refunds without this invoice. All COD refunds will be mailed.
The purchaser authorizes the disposal of all replacement parts unless an alternative written agreement is made.
Payment Terms
All returned checks incur a $30.00 fee. Effective January 1st, 2023, a 3% surcharge will be imposed for all credit card payments made on open account balances.
Fuel Surcharge
As a result of the rising cost of fuel, labor, freight and raw materials, we will be implementing a $5 delivery fee on all parts deliveries effective July 5th, 2022. Action Truck Parts greatly appreciates your understanding and support. We look forward to servicing all of your truck part needs.
